  The Lion

The lion regal proud and strong
With the toss of his copper mane
The grandeur of his tread
From out of the tall grass came
Representative of his community
For which mankind should long
Sometimes spat and fight
But before the sun is set
Will once again unite
Speaks courage not regret
The burning spirit in his eyes
Is the same as human kind?
His haughty glance is wise
One thought rules his mind
It is our shared destiny
To live in peace love and unity
